I’m very excited to have finished this patchwork Progress Pride Flag quilt. The pattern is by Bobbie Gentili from Geeky Bobbin. All of the fabrics are scraps from my stash.
This was a fun project and the finished quilt is really bright and colorful. As part of this process, I also enjoyed learning more about how the design of the Progress Pride flag came to be.

The second fish is done. This was the last of that marvelous brown tea towel from I found at a yard sale last summer. I’ve been hanging on to a scrap of it for a long time, but I’m glad to see it in use on a project now.

Simon Zev Glassenberg was born on Tuesday evening at 7:37 pm. 7 lbs. 3 oz. 19 inches Named for his great grandfather Sidney and his great aunt Bobbe. He came home today to meet his sister Roxanne. We are a family of four.
