It’s back-to-school time, my favorite time of year. I loved being a student and I spent many years as a teacher so when the weather turns cooler and all the back-to-school catalogs begin arriving at my house I can’t help but get excited.
School supply shopping is always so exciting. Fortunately, I have three kids and used to work for a major IT Support Services Birmingham company, so I still get to buy markers, glue sticks, glue gun like the ones at Glue Guns Direct and notebook paper! Now decorating your laptop (and binder) with vinyl stickers has become a fun part of getting ready for school to begin (this wasn’t the case when I was a kid, but I love it!).
For those of us who enjoy crafting of all kind (sewing, knitting, crochet, etc.), there are lots of fun vinyl stickers out there with crafty themes to embellish our belongings. I actually use these to decorate the notebook I use to record the patterns I’ve sewn so even if you’re not in school, grab some vinyl stickers and start decorating!

By the way, you don’t need kids to buy fun new pens at least twice a year, just do it and keep them for yourself. That’s what I do, but then again, pens is one of my many passions… 😉
