Guess who’s here just in time for holiday sewing? Ruby the Reindeer!
If you’ve been reading my blog for a year or more (thank you!) you may remember the first version of Ruby from last fall. I decided to pull him from my shop before the Christmas season really began. It was a difficult decision then, and I set this pattern aside for a long while.
But it was time to return to Ruby because I love this guy. I’ve redesigned his head entirely. It’s a different shape and has a nice rounded gusset. I’m thrilled with how he came out and I hope you like the new version!
That’s not all. In time for Christmas projects I’ve also got a brand new supply in the shop: comic eyes. Take a look:
Aren’t they adorable? A pair of these eyes adds instant personality to any softie. I love them.
These aren’t available in a regular fabric shop, or even in specialty doll and toy supply shops. They are truly hard to find so I’m really excited to bring them to you! Packs of 5 pairs are in my shop now.
And, best of all, its Black Friday today…
Get the pattern for Ruby the Reindeer, a pack of the new eyes, or another pattern, book, ebook, or supply you’ve had your eye on. The sale runs through the weekend, ending on Monday night at midnight.
Will you help to spread the word? Share the sale code with your Facebook friends, tweet it, or put it on Instagram. Your support helps me to write in-depth blog posts, design new sewing patterns, create my newsletter each week, and keep the podcast going. Thank you so much!
