I'm so excited to show you a collection of lovely handmade things I have been working on for Valentine's Day. Birds of several varieties, including a quail, two wrens, and a sweet little bird in a white downy nest make up the majority of the collection. Each bird has a linen heart tag with metallic thread.
There are also two mixed media pieces. One is a tiny assemblage on a vintage Rolodex folder and the other a white bird perched on a blooming, embellished branch.
And finally there are two fabric heart garlands to be hung vertically from loops of embroidered linen ribbon.
