"What’s mommy working on?" is a daily, if not hourly, question around here. Roxanne loves to look at the craft desk and check in on my progress. (To daddy she asks, "Are you going to have a beer tonight?" That should tell you something about the goings on in our household.) Anyway, I am actually working on sewing some toys that aren’t quite finished yet, but in the meantime I just did a big shop update. This furry black bear is there now, along with some lovely tree cards, lambs, a turtle and some fun pincushions.
I’m making a pretty serious effort to buy handmade this holiday season and I hope you will, too. There are so many awesome indie artists/ crafters out there making incredible stuff. It is fun to have an excuse to buy things from them!
It’s a shame you didn’t have to worry about sewing straight seams, otherwise you’d be drinking beer, too.
