charlie’s blog is fun. does he have a brother? 🙂
when are you making more square animals? how many is the zoo going to have? did you not like the mouse since you sold it off? (or did you sell off the lions too and i just didn’t notice)? maybe you could do a pattern book of the square zoo when they’re done?
    that is all.

love those pincushions – the natural linen makes a perfect base for the prints.

ah, pincushions, somehow they serve such a simple purpose, stick a few sharp things in them, but are so cute and lovely. As for Charlie’s blog, hehe, I love how he opens with the ‘where were we?’….I actually smirked and defidently kept reading.

Those are beautiful! I’ve been creating bean bags out of old upholstery samples, and with some smaller scraps of velvet, making tiny pin cushions. So I’m wondering – what do you stuff them with? I’ve got polyfill, and also some clean wool, but didn’t know what was “supposed” to be in there!

Do you weigh down your pin cushions with anything? Sometimes they seem so light-weight. And I really hate it when a small needle gets “lost” so I’m starting to make them not so deep. Any thoughts?
