hear me talk

Here I was on Sunday, delivering my birds to Artstream and getting butterflies that this show is really about to happen.  And while I was there, Susan interviewed me for her podcast.  So now I am adding my voice to this little journal, my talking voice.  How strange!  If you’d like to hear me talk about my birds, and the Wellesley town dump, and my life before while she naps, you can listen here.  I wonder how your perspective will shift?

    Hey Abby-
I love the interview! Somehow you sounded just like I thought you would. Just by your voice and comments you true friendliness and kindness comes through…. I thought it was really great. Best Wishes.

You know what is really strange? I have an aunt named Susan, who is married to my uncle, named Rainer.

Abby! It was so wonderful to hear your voice – what a great interview. I’d forgotten some of the things that first drew me to your blog (other than your amazing softie and bird work) – things we’d had in common, like teaching sixth grade. And I didn’t know you taught in the Delta, one of my favorite places that we’ve traveled. Oh, the While She Naps love is flowing strong!

Just listened to the podcast over my lunch break 🙂 It was a real treat to hear your voice and to hear you talk about your inspirations and how your soft sculptures came about. Love the bit about taking the kids to the town dump 🙂

Just listened to your podcast over my evening cup of tea. Very much liked listening to your story, life and the town dump. Wish there was one where I lived! Best wishes to you with your show!
