patchwork giraffe #2 and my little witch

Here they are together

And here is my little witch with her cauldron, her broomstick, and her familiars – Big Fat Rat (seen nursing here) and one of his babies. I ended up making her dress in the same style as the dresses I make for the flapper dolls – a sack with a drawstring neck and arm holes.

Worked perfectly and it is easy to put on and take off – I have a feeling it will live in the dress up box and be put on frequently in the coming months. My other llittle girl is a pumpkin this year – pictures to come (I didn’t make that costume, but it is adorable). Happy Halloween, everyone!

    Abby,
    These are great!
You are such a talent….and so prolific.
Where do you find the time?
    Oh, I get it….while she naps…right?
    Keep up the great work.
    Alma

I love that so many pictures of Roxie are blurred with motion. And I love her tiny Converse hi-tops!
(You know how I feel about giraffes; that goes without saying.)

Roxie’s the cutest witch I’ve seen yet! (And she is ROCKING those teeny tiny Chucks! They totally make the outfit!)

i see i am not the only person who is impressed with the witch’s footwear… the giraffes are wonderful, especially the eyes.

Awesome Giraffes – just love the combination of fabrics. And Roxy is so very sweet – I agree, the converse hi-tops rock 🙂
