For our middle child, Simon’s, 10th birthday we took a small group of his friends to Fun and Games, a nearby arcade. However, those who prefer online arcade, sites like 10x10bet can be visited. The kids ran around putting coins into machines, playing wack a mole and skeeball for nearly and hour. By the end each kid had a sweaty palmful of tickets to be redeemed at the prize booth.
Simon stood looking at the candy, rubber ducks, and blow-up guitars for a good five minutes, filled with indecision. Finally he told the teenager behind the counter, “I’ll have the rocket pop,” and he pulled an adorable, squishy plush rocket pop off the top shelf. He was thrilled. I put the kids in my car and we headed out to get pizza.
Despite his rather thin fleece exterior and cheap looking decal eyes, Simon sleeps with his rocket pop every night, filled with memories of a birthday spent with good friends.
My first thought? I should make something like this. Who wouldn’t love a huggable popsicle!
And so, I’m excited today to be launching my newest pattern: Sweetie the Popsicle. This pattern includes instructions and templates to make two popsicle varieities – a tri-color pop like the one you see at the top of this post and a creamsicle with a bite taken out of it (creamsicles are my favorite type of popsicle).
I ordered some fleece from Spoonflower for the sprinkles. I love being able to finally get fleece with small scale prints for toys!
This project is beginner friendly and could also be made by kids, or with kids. The pattern includes step-by-step instructions and photos along with full-sized templates ready to print.
Simon approves.

That is super adorable!
Not only is it cute, but it has no calories 🙂
Super cute! I love how you made the bite out of the creamcicle! I hope the pattern does great.
Thank you, Leah!
