I finished this lion yesterday afternoon.  I got really into the methodical process of sewing the mane onto his head.

And tying each french knot for the whiskers.

He will be part of the group I send to gallery hanahou later this year. 

I love making the wool felt animals.  Seeing them standing on my desk after they've been stuffed is so satisfying to me.
