“Think”

October 10, 2007

"Think"
9" x 12" collage and soft sculpture with vintage patch

This bird’s head is turned and cocked to one side.  I feel like she is talking to me, and she is a sweetheart.  I set out to make a black and white and cream piece here. I do like the neutral colors.

I love your birdies! Great and inspiring. I came here from someone’s favourites.

Wonderful as always! You must have a ton of stuff lying around waiting to be made into collages.

The current bird-faces that you’re doing are amazing. I love the mask-like quality to them. Is this a new thing or did I miss this?

Hello there. I read your blog regularly but this is the first time I have commented. I love this piece, especially the way the bird’s posture is echoed in the human heads just below. I love the universality of your representation of thinking. Hmmm. I know what I mean! Oh and I also think it is so nice to follow your progression as an artist. Thank you.

I contacted you a while back and you told me you weren’t selling your things then. Is there anything for sale right now. Please email me if so. I’m still very interested.
