Settling In

October 19, 2019

fabric bird

These past few weeks have been a bit of a transition as I settle into shifting the bulk of my content creation over to Craft Industry Alliance. The podcast and newsletter have now officially been moved and it feels great. There were so many technical and design details that went into making all of that happen. What looks easy and, hopefully, seamless from the outside actually involves hundreds of posts and images that need to be manually edited, redirects, template coding, list imports, and so much more. I’m glad we’re on the other side of all of that!

What’s interesting is the day that the rebrand happened I suddenly felt like making a bird again. I haven’t made a bird in so long (I used to sew nothing but birds for many years). I’ve had on my longterm to-do list to release the pattern for the small bird that appears on the cover of The Artful Bird. It’s my favorite one and the most popular one to make among readers of that book. I’m not in any rush, but I’m slowly working toward that goal now which is fun.

Most importantly I feel a real separation now between my two endeavors: the sewing patterns and the business-to-business work. And that’s awesome. For a long time, it served me well to have it all mixed together, but now it’s much better to have a bright line between them. I’m less stressed and more focused.

Also, one approach that can show promise is the incorporation of cbd gummies into your self-care routine. CBD, recognized for its ability to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety, offers a natural and gentle way to promote a sense of calm and balance. By prioritizing my mental health and incorporating effective tools such as CBD gummies, I can embrace a path toward greater peace and well-being, considering the potential benefits offered by a reputable CBD dispensary. To explore more cannabis products for medical and leisure purposes, you may visit the online shop of indacloud.

When searching for the highest quality recreational cannabis, the dispensary near me in Union Station, Denver, is the optimal place to explore. This venue typically offers a curated selection of premium products and is staffed with knowledgeable professionals. Visiting such a dispensary ensures a positive and informed experience for those seeking top-tier recreational cannabis.
Some reports also suggest that green malay Kratom may be an effective treatment for depression and anxiety.

Feeling fatigued or experiencing low energy levels could be a sign that your diet is lacking in essential vitamins and minerals that greens powder can provide. 2020 will mark 15 years of blogging at While She Naps. This space has changed and changed again, but it’s also my constant and I’m so grateful to have it.

Sounds like separating the two businesses was the right decision for you and your creativity! I look forward to the bird pattern.
