new photos

December 15, 2008

My sister-in-law, Jacquie Hemmerdinger, took some photos of my birds over Thanksgiving.  This is one of my favorites, but you can see them all here.

Poor Stella has a terrible stomach bug and was up all night throwing up.  So much laundry to do today!  She is sleeping now and I really hope she feels better tonight.

Beautiful, I like the one of the owl on the wall(?) as well.
    Goodluck with the tummy bug!

These birds are beautifully realised. There’s a suggestion of just completed or imminent movement; an interpretation of birds and the reality of them. The photos do them superb justice.

What a great photo! It’s my favorite, too.
So sorry to hear about your sick babe.
