Due Date +1 and Still Pregnant

April 23, 2006

The bumper is done.

Let me just say that one more time. The bumper is done.

Yep. We’re ready for you little one – any time now.

Here is a picture of the completed project.

Clearly it will look better in a crib with a cute little baby snuggled up inside instead of surrounding the 175 lb. gray haired man that is her father curled up in the fetal position on the guest bed.

And here I was last night, posing for a due date picture.

In other crafting news, I’m finishing a soft purple elephant made with fabric that Maitreya sent. It is going to my friend Lynne who had an 8 lb. 2 oz. baby girl on Friday, eight days late. Pictures of the elephant will be posted soon.

For what it’s worth– you look great (and so does the bumper)! I wish I had prego pics of myself, alas, I wanted no part of remembering myself at the time.

The bumper looks great and so do you! I agree with the other poster about how happy you look. I love the black and white color scheme for your nursery. Would love to see more pictures if you ever feel like posting them.

    Due Date and Still Pregnant

Although (almost) no woman wants to be pregnant longer than they have to – the amount of free time you have is about to become 0. Those of us who have become mothers on at least 1 occasion (2 here)
