This one came together in my mind all at once and came together in real life totally free of struggle. I love burlap and wood and black.
We are getting garlic greens as part of our CSA pick-up this afternoon. I’ve never cooked with garlic greens before. Pretty exciting.

wonderful textures from all your materials.
We call them garlic scapes or curls and use them to make pesto. I coarsely chop them and toss them in the food processor with olive oil and sometimes parmesan and process until the consistency is right. You could also add basil. Freeze it in ice cube trays and pop it in sauce all winter long.
I chop up scapes and add to salads, and we also saute them when making tomato sauces too. Enjoy them!
again, i just so love all of these. what an amazing amalgamation of your talents and artistic journeys.
This is really wonderful! I can tell that you didn’t struggle with it much, since the whole image flows together so nicely. I love it when that sort of thing happens.
