We had stuffed shells, garlic bread and baby bok choy for dinner. When I was slicing the bok choy and saw their pretty cross sections I was reminded that one of Martha’s Good Things this month is “surprising stamps” in which you make rosette stamps from cut vegetables.
She suggests radicchio, romaine or halved brussel sprouts. I saved two stem ends of the bok choys and took them upstairs after dinner to give it a try.
